Oh I love this, and as someone just old enough to start experiencing some signs of aging (I just turned 31), it’s so inspiring and important to hear from older women who have been there and are embracing their age and their changing bodies and perspectives. Y’all give me hope that I too will age confidently and gracefully, and not the way the world tells me to.
I'm 59 but forever 21! 😄 . I have learned some of my biggest life lessons from those younger then me. I believe we can learn from each other. Never to old, never too young.
