Your gentle words and voice and ....just overall way about you is such a balm. It brings a smile to my face. I can't wait for more episodes to unfold. Or whatever you do because it's great.
Also, thanks for the kind words you said about me! I need to revisit our podcast for myself because I could use some of those vibes 😂
Sam!🥹 Thank you so much for your love and support. Your words mean a lot and I appreciate you. Thank you for helping to make this such a fun process! 😘
Sherry...oh my gosh! Your voice...it just makes my mind stop and the body calm down completely! Your work, writing and voice is so beautiful ❤️...and as your light shines more and more it's an honour to even be in the light!
I haven't listened to all the episodes completely...bits here and there. And now I wanna go and listen to all these beauties! Thank you for everything!
Sherry, I just want to tell you that I have communicated with or spoken with a handful of people I know on Substack who have told me they listened to a couple of your podcasts and really enjoyed it. So I wanted you to hear that! You are reaching minds and hearts, and even if they don't stop to make a comment, they are absorbing these discussions. What you are doing is so valuable, especially since you bring your gifts of sensitivity, thoughtfulness, and courage into these conversations. I have said this before and will say it again: I am a seasoned speaker and have been interviewed by dozens of radio/podcast hosts, but I have never, in ten years, experienced such a powerful conversation as I had with you. It felt less like an interview and more like an intimate chat between friends--which it was. And so much more. Keep going, friend!
Jeannie Ewing what did I do in life to have been gifted with a friend like yourself. Thank you for taking the time to let me know that. I really have enjoyed it but I can struggle with self doubt and you know imposter syndrome is real so you sharing this really encourages me to keep going. The comment couldn’t have come a better time. I love you dearly!💕
Sherry, I get it. I struggle deeply with self-doubt, too. I do. Almost every day. In fact, over the weekend, I had a panic attack when I realized how many expenses are coming our way, and I don’t have a paid job. I was telling myself I’m no good at writing, I’ll never make it as a writer and speaker, no one wants to hire me, I’ll never make money doing this again, etc….
It was a downward slope into the anxiety attack.
So I get it.
This is very much why I feel compelled to tell people whose presence is such a gift that they mean so much and that their gifts are needed. You are one of those people, Sherry.
